Rachel Kellie is a marketing, content creation, and branding expert dedicated to helping athletes build and elevate their personal brands. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing, Media, and Athlete Engagement at the University of Virginia’s NIL collective, Cav Futures, Rachel works closely with UVA athletes to develop authentic and impactful brand strategies that set them up for success both on and off the field.

In addition to her work at UVA, Rachel collaborates with professional athletes to manage business sponsorships, event planning, PR, and content production—from concept to execution. Her passion lies in empowering athletes to understand the true power of their personal brand and create opportunities that extend beyond their sport.
